Description: Hampton Beach Cottages - Cute, Clean and Cozy Ready for Summer Rental Season.

Nice 2 bedroom cottages, new owner is ready for the 2003 summer rental season in Hampton Beach, NH. Bedrooms have 1 full size bed each/futon in living room opens to full size bed. You bring your own linens (pillow cases, sheets and bath and beach towels everything else is provided. Sorry no pets allowed and you must be at least 21 to rent.

Amenities: Newly renovated, nice new bathrooms, very clean, all appliances, cable TV, outdoor picnic area plus a Bar-B-Que grill, Off street parking for 2 or 3 vehicles. Two minute walk to the strip and main beach.

Harris Real Estate rents units on a weekly basis. We hold until March 1st for last years customers. On the first Saturday after March 1st we open up all rentals. We prefer you view and choose your own cottage. No appointment is needed. We are open seven days a week (except Thanksgiving and Christmas week). Prices range from $330 to $1200 per week.

Requests, before March 1st may be faxed, emailed or mailed. they will be handled by order received. You will be contacted on the Friday after March 1st and have until the following Monday to make a deposit.

After March all requests will be answered promptly. A picture, description and location of the unit will be sent to you.
